A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to get the chance to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel here in Toronto. Staycation at its finest specially when it's with one of your best girls :)
When I first walked into the lobby all I could think was wow! it was beautiful with it's wood panels, detailing and felt a bit mysterious. After checking in and dropping off my bag I decided to pay a little visit to the spa and pool but as there was a group of people there I didn't take any pictures.
I had a little swim in the sunlit relaxation pool, which as a former competitive swimmer is always a treat specially when my surroundings were as beautiful as they were. I was lucky to go on a sunny day since the pool was bathed in sunlight coming through the floor to ceiling windows. After that I gave the Jacuzzi a little try as well. The jacuzzi was essentially a whirlpool and it was the most relaxing after having one of the toughest weeks of my clinical placement. I really didn't want to leave but I had to since my friend was waiting for me to start our little girls' night!
So I made my way up to our room all relaxed and actually had a proper look around the room. We stayed at the Premier Room with two incredibly comfortable and fluffy beds! yes fluffy because there are no better words to describe them :)
How gorgeous is this bathroom? Too bad I didn't get a chance to take a bath in that tub!
The room was flooded with sun light thanks to the large windows. We chatted over some coffee until it was time to order food. We ordered room service which was seriously amazing! We ate until we couldn't any more and then settled to watch Pitch Perfect. After that there was some singing which is a side effect of watching that movie.
The next morning we ordered breakfast and dragged it out for as long as we could until it was time to check out. I really did not want to leave!

I had such an amazing experience there, the staff are the most friendly and so helpful, ready to fix any issue right away and made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a luxurious escape :)
