oh i would need many of these to motivate me to workout. i get close but need bit more encouragement lol. if only i saw results a bit quicker, that would boost my motivation to continue!

DeleteDon't be scared Caitlin! they're so fun to do and you can always go until your own limit and try again next time. They hurt but are so effective :)
